100th Day!

Monday is the 100th day of school. I know this is a little last minute to ask, but this day slipped up on me... Time flies when you're having fun I guess! I was wondering if anyone could send supplies in for a 100th day snack mix on Monday. Each child will need to get 10 of each snack and I will need a total of 10 different snacks. I am already planning on bringing chex cereal, m and ms, pretzels, cheeze its, and Cheerios. If any of you could help out and bring other items that would be great! Science Test Jan. 20

We will be having a Science Ch. 12 Test on Tues., Jan. 20.  The students have written this in their assignment books and are bringing home a study guide tonight.  I do not need the study guide back but have told the students they should write on it and use it to help them prepare for the test.  I have also told the students they should bring their science books home every night until the day of the test.

End of the Semester

I just want to thank all my students and parents for a great first half of the year. I feel like we have made some great accomplishments thus far and that there are many more yet to come!

We are so thrilled to have new iPads thanks to Toyota Southern Indiana!!! Each student now has an iPad. Check out the pictures of us using our iPads this morning to blog, do xtramath, read, and take AR tests!

Randy Hedden Visit

Mrs. Decoursey's brother Randy did a presentation for us today and it was awesome! He has been on America's Got Talent and has opened for various artists including Darius Rucker, Charlie Daniels, Wynona, and Brad Paisley. He has an upcoming performance on a reality show. The Selena Gomez painting took him 7 minutes and the Bruno Mars picture took 6 minutes 40 seconds.
