The Great Kapok Tree

On the last day of American Education Week Susan Fowler, along with help from the students, did a storytelling activity of the Great Kapok Tree.

The Turkey Plan

If I was a turkey and I was going to be a thanks giving diner I would jump out the window. I would stay hiding. If I got cot again I would scratch him. He would get hurt bad. The end.

If I was a turkey and I got caught. I was about to go into the oven. I would fly hi in the air. I would be save.

The Escape plan

If I was a turkey and I was going to be a feast what would I do. I would try to peck them it would be so funny. then I can run away. but have a HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!

If I was a turkey I would scratch them, and bite them. While they are down I will jump out the window. I would also hiss at them. They will never want to mess with turkeys' again.

If I were a turkey (witch I am not) I would run away from everything. I would not talk to people. I can run in a tree and hide. That was my plans.

If i Was a Turkey

If I was a turkey getting ready to be eaten my plan to not get eaten would be play dead. So they would already think i'm dead. When they come and get me to eat me i will gobble and run away. They will over see me again.

My hiding place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First I will make me a hiding place. Then when they com for me I will run into the woods. Then when they find me and they shoot at me I will run as fast as I could. Then I would not be on a dinner plate.

I would run as fast as a cheatu! Before they would put me on their plat. I would hafe to hide to. what would you do?

If I was a Turkey I wood scratch. I wood run a way. I wood hide. I wood jump on them.

The graet escap plan

If I were a turkey I would make a trap. I would take a few boiling balls then get some rope then tie the rope around the boiling ball. Then wen somebody comes all I have to do is let go of the rope then they will be knockedout then out. then we could throw them out.

My Escape Plan

My escape plan would be to just run out the door. Never talk to anyone and be safe. If I get caught again I would jump out the window. I like running away.
