S'mores!!!
Since we read Henry and Mudge and the Starry Night this week, we had a special treat of s'mores! Thank you to Brett's mom for coming in and making them with us!!!

Today!!!
It had been awhile but we blogged today! Everyone worked extra hard today to get things done. We are getting quicker at doing what we need to do. Keep up the good work kids! Parents, it would be good practice to go over these entries with your child and fix any punctuation, spelling, and capitalization errors. Monarch Butterfly Release!
We were so surprised this morning to see that two butterflies emerged from their chrysalises!!! We used what we read on the internet to determine that both are boy butterflies.

Books!!!!
We are very excited and thankful to have new books for our classroom library!!! Thanks to Duke Energy for funding my Donor's Choose project!!! 
Skype!
Today we did a practice run of Skype with Mr. Clauss!!! He read a really funny book to the class! He asked us some great comprehension questions about the book.
